Enjoy A Class From Home!

We are excited to share some free virtual SPARC classes with you and your family.  The short lessons included below provide a small glimpse into what it’s like to take a SPARC class.  Enjoy!

These craft and story time videos are a fun way to connect storytelling and art! First, we’ll read a book. Then, we’ll teach you to use everyday materials you have at home to complete a fun activity that you’ll be proud to have made.

This two-part lesson introduces elements of African theatre like fables, animal-inspired movement, and celebratory poetry. Use the slides included on this page to supplement your learning. Be sure to interact with the bookshelves on the last two slides to explore suggested fables and stories!
